Is driving the car difficult?Even for individuals who are accustomed to driving passenger cars, minivans, or SUVs with a regular driver's license, it may take some time to adjust to the size of the vehicle.
The vehicle is approximately 7.5 meters long, 2.3 meters wide, and 3 meters tall, similar to driving a 4-ton truck.
It will require getting used to the differences in turning radius and length, as well as careful maneuvering when parking.
Additionally, you need to be cautious of height restrictions in urban areas.
It is important to be cautious and practice driving skills beforehand to become familiar with the vehicle's handling.

Can I rent the motorhome for just one day (one night)?In order to fully enjoy our motorhomes, we have a minimum rental period of two nights as a general rule.
We do not offer rentals for just one day (one night).
However, if you would like to inquire about using it for media coverage or similar purposes, please contact us for further information. -
Does it take a long time to rent the vehicle?Yes, it does take some time.
Unlike regular cars, our motorhomes consist of two parts—the living area and the vehicle itself.
We require approximately 90 minutes to provide instructions and go through the necessary driving operations.
Please allocate this time when planning your rental.

STEP01
Reservation
Please fill out the necessary information on the reservation page and send it. A confirmation email will be sent to you after we receive your application. Within 3 business days from the date of application, our staff will contact you by email with detailed information about the use of our service. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder to see if any emails from ""luxurymotorhomejp@gmail.com"" have been sent there.

STEP02
Payment
For customers who choose to make a bank transfer in advance, please follow the instructions provided by us and make a full payment of the usage fee within the payment deadline. Your reservation will be confirmed when the full payment of the usage fee is confirmed. If the payment is not confirmed after the payment deadline has passed, the reservation will be canceled. For customers who choose to prepay by credit card, we will charge the amount at the time of application, so there is no need for a separate payment process.

STEP03
Departure
On the day of departure, please come to our location by taxi no later than two hour before the scheduled usage time after arriving at the airport. We will arrive at the airport in about 8 minutes by car. After arrival, we will give you a receipt in exchange for the taxi fare. We will then explain how to use the vehicle and have you sign the rental agreement. After confirming everything, please enjoy your trip to fully experience the charm of Hokkaido with safe driving.

STEP04
Return
Please fill the fuel tank at a gas station within 3km of the return location. The fuel type will be provided by our staff before departure. Please show the staff the receipt for the fuel type confirmation, so please make sure to keep the receipt.
ACCESS
Regarding pick-up and transportation
For customers coming from New Chitose Airport to the Chitose store, we recommend taking a taxi to the store after your arrival at the airport. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes.
