Cancellation/Refund Policy

【Cancellation Fee】
After completion of application: 10% of rental fee ※
7 business days before rental start time during business hours: 20% of rental fee
2 to 6 business days before rental start time during business hours: 30% of rental fee
On the day before rental start time during business hours: 80% of rental fee
On the day of rental start time: 100% of rental fee

※Applies only during peak seasons. There will be no cancellation fee until 8 days before the rental date for weekdays and weekends. Cancellations after 6:00 pm will be considered as cancellation on the following day.
